If you haven’t visited the city in a while, stepping into these streets after dark is a fascinating surprise. For new visitors, finding it can feel like a mini-adventure: you might walk through quiet, deserted business streets at night, only to suddenly stumble upon a lively, bustling neighborhood full of energy!
The general style draws a young, energetic crowd, with a mix of alternative bars, cozy pubs, and lively spots. During warm nights, sitting at the outdoor tables spilling onto the pedestrian streets gives the area a relaxed, island-like feel. The streets get especially busy on weekends around midnight, so if you prefer securing a table, arriving before 10:00 PM is ideal.
Local Food Tip: Whatever you do, don’t leave the area without stopping by Pizza Poselli. It serves some of the best street-food pizza in town—crispy, thin, and reminiscent of genuine Italian pizza. The Tartufo slice remains an absolute personal favorite!
